I have not used it yet, but Ive heard great things about the fat loss stack

I've used it.. don't remember how I dosed I merely followed the bottles but they did a great job of cutting appetite and raising metabolism which is what these types of stims do

I don't doubt the quality but i just don't know if i should go half am half pm or all pre workout. ..lol

Cardio Heat- 2 capsules daily
Lean Fast - 4 capsules daily
Xplosive Burn - 2 capsules daily

Im leaning toward half am half pm honestly
