would you recommend this supplements for vascularity guys? also I would like to know how toxic is it on the liver, I have been lifting for a while and I wanted get more vascular and this seems to be good for that according to articles on the net, thank you.

It is basically an amino acid, so I would not expect much from it. If you want additional vascularity, you need to lean out - this is the most effective way of getting vascular.

Agmatine is a small molecule that the body makes from the amino acid arginine. Agmatine is a decarboxylized Arginine metabolite. In lay man's terms - Agmatine is what Arginine becomes within the body.

Agmatine increases nitric oxide levels in the body.

The thing is though, your body can make agmatine itself. I really doubt you will notice much from supplementing with it. This is another great example of a supplement that looks great on paper but doesn't deliver the same real world results.

If you want something to really increase your pumps during your workout - try cialis.

Thinner skin means being lean. The supplement on it's own might help with a pump but not with vascularity per se.

And as it's an amino acid you'd have to take a bucket load for it to be a health issue.

Being vascular is genetic and can be increased by getting lean. Using anything like agmatine will increase pumps and make you appear more vascular but when you leave the gym this effect will be gone.
