I have been working out on and off since I was 16. I have done a couple cycles over the years and made some pretty decenct gains. I recently have become highly motivated to make some more gains and be more consistent with my dedication. I am about to begin another cycle of Test cyp and Winny. I also will continue my HGH 3iu/Day M-F. I just turned 34 and have been hearing some depressing news from some bro's at the gym and just wanted to get some advice from the wealth of knowledge here. Mostly everyone I have talked to say that after 30 you basically stop biulding muscle and can only maintain what you have and stay lean. Can anyone please let me know if this has been your experience or is this just BS. Thanks for any advice.

.. do some research online and you'll get some great info on this subject.

There are too many stories of folks getting into better shape, building muscle, losing fat, becoming stronger, more functional, etc .. at "old" ages ..

.. even at the ancient age of 45 I am still progressing along .. lol ..

The only thing I find is I need more time between workouts sometimes, and need to watch my diet more .. (higher protein and less crappy carbs along with the metamucil .. and monthly oil changes on the hip replacement parts ....
