look good for the age. keep lifting and stay natural for a while atleast.

I weigh about 155-160 some where in that range.. That pic was like 3 months ago, im pushin 165 now.. so not bad.. all natural.. dont even use creatine or anything.. just protein.. keep it up youll get there..
 
hmmmm... i think it should be time for me to get another batch of pics up.. for you, you have a good base, i dont really see any traps though, but i dont know your goal so i wont complain about anything, but over all, awesome job on the physique.

I hope to be 150 in the next 3 or 4 monthes.. so i better be eating, and drinking a lot of water to gain water weight, and to hopefully be gaining some muscle too ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah that isn't bad at all 1st_Timer04! but i'm guessin' you're shorter than me (6'3") since i'm about 180? why dontcha post another pic, kinda a like a before/after thing you know? just a thought:D

Hey dannyboy, Im waitin for my mom to take in the film.. haha.. ya so i should have some up soon.. ya im only 5'10" - 6' somewhere in there.. never really know.. lol
 
so you don't know for sure hehehehe lol... but I estimated that as well. well, keep up the good work and post that pic huh! maybe I will someday too....but not now! hehehehe:D
