Don't worry bro, sometimes mail is slow a bit. But I can assure you it is not a fault on their end.

I think the problem is more so that you live in London and shipping overseas is sometimes delayed my man. (my older brother lives in London and sometims it takes 3 weeks for our packages to reach eachother)
I can promise you if you ordered it from AG-Guys, it will ship.
They always send 2 confirmation emails....1 that your order even went through and was processed, and another that it shipped. Have you gotten those yet?
If you did, then it's enroute and going through the bullshite mail process.
