I've read a couple threads on this subject and want to get down to the bottom of it. Really I'm asking 2Thick and Nelson but any opinion is good.
What constitutes the aerobic aproach such as 2Thick and Nelson have posted. You know where a low intensity, over a longer period of time. I was just wandering if you guys could give me an example.
Since reading those threads, I've been debating my usuall 2 mile runs/jogs. (I think that's the opposite of I probably should be doing, huh?)
