aerobic classes

AS my time is limited, I'm glad to do 60 minutes of cardio, but I want to listen to my own music. I ride with my husband's cycling team once a month, and it's a workout.

I know lots of people love spinning and with a good instructor who's really into the guided imagery part, I 'll bet they have fun.

I dont love exercising much at all but aerobics classes have really helped me lose weight of treadmills, etc. I have a heart rate monitor so I know Im in the fat burning range either way I just see better results with aerobics. The peppy teachers are irritating but I think they get a kick out of controlling something. I am curious about getting certified as well Id like to have a class for people with injuries or that are out of shape. I have a leg injury and no matter how the teachers says low impact it turns into bouncing. I do actually love water aerbics but cant get my heart rate very high, its been a toning thing for me I guess. spinning is the best workout if you do not colapse on the floor and die first it is so hard on your legs and padded shorts will not prevent ass pain! Step is boring, my favorite is fake tae bo or dance aerobics..its hard for me too find a class I will stay in!

nope.. i dont do them... the only i like to do is run run run!! ill do the stair master once in a while... but for me, running just passes the time. if i do anything else i feel every second of it:( i did do a spin class once which was pretty cool:D

I went to an aerobics class ONCE!!!!!

I am very rhythm-deficient, so no matter how hard I try, I always end up going the opposite way of everyone in the class. (That "different drummer" thing can DEFINITELY be applied to me! :D ) Even though I had to work twice as hard just to figure out the footwork, the workout itself was never hard enough.

I prefer high-intensity or interval training, which for me usually means something on the treadmill, eliptical, or rower. I do like the spinning classes though, as far as classes go.
