Weeks 1-18
500mg test. 250 Monday. 250 Thursday.

Weeks 1-16
800mg EQ. 400 Monday. 400 Thursday.

Weeks 4-12 tren 400mg or 300mg

Weeks 1-5
Dbol 40mg per day. Split into 2-3 doses.

Weeks 1-20
Arimidex. Start at 0.5mg eod and hcg 500ui split into two doses
Dostinex from week4


Weeks 21-24
Pct
Clomid 100/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
So any comment about doses or pct or hcg or anything. And how also to keep gains after that cycle cause i did heavy cycles before and lost everything but maybe cause i train bad and diet was bad
 
I did heavy cycles before but i lost every thing. So this cycle is a new begining but now am trying to lose fat as much i can to be ready for that cycle

well adding more compounds is not the way to do it, what i would do is run tren and test, you will need some liver protectors, lots of cranberry juice & water, you need to consume a meal every 2-3 hrs each with some protein this will continue after the cycle is over also even off cycle keep the training intensity up this is where alot of gains are lost , now when i mean a meal every 2-3 hrs a serving should be the size of your palm. don't forget your micros aminos, nuts, Flax seed oil etc.

After you put some impressive size on your frame next cycle i would add Test & EQ to carve those muscles into blocks of granite.

Thnx bro so much for the info but i want to keep gains so i want to do the EQ as a base of the course and i added some tren in the middle to see more gains but i know that tren gains will so i eq is nessecery

You will need to run the EQ the vey least 16 weeks.
Equipoise can also be used as a cutting steroid; in fact, this may be the most beneficial point of use. This anabolic steroid is an excellent protectant of lean muscle mass. In order to lose body fat, you must burn more calories than you consume, you must be in a caloric deficit, and this will hold true with or without anabolic steroid use. Unfortunately, a calorie deficit puts our lean muscle tissue at risk as the body will often take what it needs in order to meet its energy demands from our lean tissue. Proper dieting can greatly protect our lean muscle mass, but it can only go so far. Without the introduction of an anabolic steroid, some muscle mass will eventually and inevitably be lost. EQ will greatly protect you from this loss in lean tissue, and it has also been shown to have some very nice conditioning effects on the physique. Such effects will be greatly enhanced when combined with a non-aromatizing steroid like Masteron (Drostanolone) or Trenbolone. However, during most cutting plans of a competitive bodybuilding nature, while EQ is commonly used it is normally only used at the frontend of the cutting cycle. It will normally be discontinued during the later half of the plan due to possible estrogenic activity. While total estrogenic activity should be low, during this phase of supplementation any and all estrogenic activity is normally avoided or at least minimized to the lowest point possible.Since EQ raises RBC count it would be wise to keep tabs on your Blood Pressure.

Thnx bro so much. But the eq cycle with some tren that i will do for gaining muscles Not cutting. So bro u saw the schedual. Did u have any comment on it??!dose or lenght or pct. and this months before the cycle as i told u i am losing fat without steroids and i dont have muslces now to lose soo no worries

There are 3 keys IMO to successful gains retention post cycle. 2 of them are directly in your control, the third you have to plan and execute properly and hopefully your body cooperates.
1- Keep caloric intake high enough to support the added muscle mass.
2- Training should be High Intentsity NOT High Volume.
3- Proper HPTA recovery. You are doing the right things here. HCG on cycle and a proper PCT. The only thing I might do to your pct (and this is from personal experience) is add 2 additional weeks of just nolvadex at 20mg/day. The reason for this with a cycle like you have outlined is 2 fold. 1 it is long cycle and 2 (most relevent) is that you are incorporating trenbolone. Anytime I have a 19nor (tren or deca) in my cycle i add on 2 weeks of just nolva to my pct. The reason for this is that I notice for some reason the 19nors were a bit harder for me to recover from. This additional 2 weeks of just nolva added on to pct really did the trick for me in this area.

If you do the 3 above things it gives you the best chance of good solid gains retention and there is no reason you shouldnt be able to walk away very pleased with your cycle and your gains retention.

Rlly great great info and u know that pct that u gave me 😉. But i posted my cycle just to hear opinions. But rlly ur talking rlly awesome but when i start that cycle i will no be in hight caloric to avoid gaining fat i just want to get big with least fat i can. Last question tren dose what do u recommend. Yeah u r right after my post tren cycles the recovery was awful sooo slow take long time to fill libido ms erection like 3 months maybe

My knee jerk is to say around 400mgs/week but Id like to hear your cycle history with tren before id say that for certain.
Oh and by the way its funny, I read this thread and replied as far as gains retention and stupid me didn't even realize that you were the guy who posted it! LOL

My doses before its was pyramid cycle dose increases. coahes who made me cycles are all sucks but max dose i think was 500 or 600 of tren was the last month of the cycle. But the comming cycle will be the the new begining so 400 is okay?!Btw. Last cycle i finished in mid june. And i left gym the. I came back to gym to get ready for the cycle i will not start till i lose fatt and train and eat well But i want to plan everyu thing this time so? Bro can i take ur whatsapp??! If u dont mind?! U will be my personal trainer. 😉

Bro how r u 2day am waiting for ur reply. I want to close the schedual 😉 and so can i mix it with cyp and eq. In same syring and i take it ed or eod. Waiting u man. I have stanazol tablet any need fot it at the end of cycle i read that it help to keep gains. Dunno how !!!!

I would also have prami on hand due to the tren IMO.
I agree with an extra week or two as jimmy stated and i would also maybe consider doing hcg at 250iu 2x a week over 500iu if using it most of the cycle. if using HCG at end of cycle then i normally rec 500iu for th last 4-5 weeks of cycle.

Thnx broo yeah hcg 500 split into dosesi think hcg during cycle will make me recover easier first time to try that method. Jimmy recommended it to meBut why u c it tought?! Cause of tren?!
