advice on post-competition diet

Hi everyone!
I'm 1 week off competition and would like some advice on the post-competition diet, because carb-depletion made myself reduce lots of fat and water... but size too. Though I don't look bad, I miss my size and would like to pack again lean muscle... currently my diet resembles more or less the diet 2 weeks off for competition.
how do you guys do your post-competition diet?

It depends if you plan to compete or not in the near future. If you have a show coming up soon, stick with that you have been doing. If not, give yourself a break. Eat what you want (of how ever you ate before you started cutting). There are a lot of different schools of thought. Lee Priest looks like a fat bum when he is not in contest shape from eating fast food or whatever he wants and Kevin Levrone stays within a few pounds of his contest weight all time.

thanks for your reply! I've made my plan to compete again next year. I don't like to look like a fat bum, so I think I'll follow Levrone's school of thought.

The way im going to do my post competition diet is the first couple of weeks after the competition, im going to eat clean, because I assume that since the body will be soo low in fat it will love to store fat whenever it gets the chance, so I dont want to pig out, but have one cheat meal a week. Then a month after the comp I should be about ready to start really bulkin up again... thats my plan, and ill get back to this post after my comp in sept.

Why are you f-ing sweatn it bruh? It's over. You trained and dieted you ass off...this is the ideal time to treat yourself to whatever the hell you want......rest your body and eat up......cmon...quit analyzing..........esp. if the next show is next year............

thanks to all or your useful insight!
I guess I was being kind of hard on myself after the competition.
