Advice on not receiving an order

Made an order over a week ago. Funds were collected. Haven't heard anything from them. I've used the "contact us" three times trying to inquire the status. I've heard nothing. I've used these guys before and everything was gravy...has this ever happened to anyone before?
 
well he mentioned AMA which is a source, not a brand.

but really all you are doing is wanting some comfort and re-assurance. a week isn't long as nelson said.. why not just be patient and if it doesn't work out then chalk it up as a loss and move on.. all this stressing out is not helping
 
My intentions are not to breaking rules. That's y I was fairly short and non descriptive. Just wanted to get some advice. I wouldn't mind waiting a few weeks, It's just the lack of communication on the customer service part that scares me a little
