Can I get some feedback on my beginners back plan? Breaks down like this:
1) Assisted wide pull ups, only assisted until I'm strong enough to go unassisted. 4 sets 8-12 reps while assisted, 4 sets until failure once unassisted.
2) Close grip seated rows, 4 sets
3) Wide grip lat pull downs, 4 sets
4) Back hyperextensions, 4 sets.
