Hey guys,
I'm about to start my first cutting/leaning phase to trim off the flab I've put on while working out over winter.
But, I don't want to lose my muscle gains of course.
Please can you give me some key advice for my first leaning off period, including how I can preserve most of my gains?
Should I still be lifing weights or only cardio? How long should i trim down for? What kinda calories and diet are we talking about?
