Advice on first cutting phase

Hey guys,

I'm about to start my first cutting/leaning phase to trim off the flab I've put on while working out over winter.

But, I don't want to lose my muscle gains of course.

Please can you give me some key advice for my first leaning off period, including how I can preserve most of my gains?

Should I still be lifing weights or only cardio? How long should i trim down for? What kinda calories and diet are we talking about?

HIIT with some light(er) weight training. Don't know how you feel about supplements but Forged Burner, Lipostim, And Need2Slin are all really good products for cutting.

a light jog in the morning before eating and 10-15 hit interval training in the evening after weight training will melt the fat off u with the proper diet
 
We need your stats to really help you out. Diet is key...adequate protein levels, keep your weights heavy.
