advice on anavar for girlfriend

Hey I need some advice on weather or not my girlfriend should take it to the next step and take anavar. Shes been training for 4 yrs. doing cardio 5-6 times a week in the A.M. and sometimes 2 a days. 45 min at a time. She circuit trains and does upper body one day and leges the next rotating upper, lower and so on.
Her STATS are shes 5'5, weighs 115, 15% BF. Her CALS. are at about 2000 per day. Her DIET consists of banana before workout, 4 egg whites after for breakfast, tuna fish sandwich on wheat for lunch, cottage cheese & yogart for snack, and chicken and veggies for dinner.
My question is do you think shes ready for anavar? She wants to loose some BF and gain some muscle. What do you guys think about this? Also i've read that women should pyramid with anavar. What are normal doseages 25mg's per week and then go up 5mg's or start lower say 15-20mg's? I would so appreciate any info. from you all. I care about her more than anything and im not going to let her start until I find out absolutely everything.

Before trying Anavar (or if she decides to do it anyway...), I'd recommend she ditch the circuit training in favor of a 4 day split, where she trains a different bodypart on each day once a week. Concentrate on compound moves like squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull downs pull ups, rows, etc. with the weights heavy enough for rep range of 8-10.

I usually change my routine every 6-8 weeks, but right now my 4 day split looks like this:

M - legs, abs
T - chest, tris, calves
Th - back, abs
Fri - shoulders, bis

IMHO circuit training isn't very conducive to muscle-building - same with cardio 2x day! I'd cut the cardio to 4-5 week. At least 1, maybe 2 sessions a week should be 20-30 min max of high intensity interval (HIIT) cardio. This is awesome for getting lean while maintaining muscle. It's great fun too.

Another good thread you should have her read is the sticky at the top "Proper Steroid-Free Training" by Realgains.

First and foremost, one should always look to change some thing else before adding drugs to meet goals. :)

But with that said, I think her diet could stand to change. I don't see how that diet adds up to 2000 calories. I can't imagine that she is eating NEAR enough. Especially if she is doing cardio 2x a day (will talk about that later)

My thoughts are:
1) Drop the banana before cardio, add something else to breakfast - maybe 1/2 cup oatmeal or cream of wheat

2) Is the tuna fish made with mayo? Blech. Change lunch to chicken, lean beef or fish and a veggie or a small potato.

3) Dinner looks good to me

4) I'm not a big fan of yogurt if trying to lean down, I don't think she needs the cottage cheese AND yogurt.

5) Add more food! Maybe a protein shake here or there as a snack or just more "real" food.

6) NEED FAT! Almonds, flax oil, olive oil, avacados....

WORKOUTS - Why so much freakin' cardio? Cardio is not going to help define her muscles. Diet will help her lose fat, in conjunction with lifting HEAVY. I (unlike many) actually like cardio, but doing it 5-6 days a week sometimes 2x a day is not going to help her lean out. Drop the circuit training. Something like what FF recommended is good. A basic push/pull split is good too. For example:
Mon - chest, shoulders, triceps
Tues - cardio, abs
Weds - back, biceps
Thurs - cardio, abs
Fri - legs
Sat - cardio, abs
Sun - off (or light cardio)

How was her BF tested?

Don't think about anavar until her diet is clean. But, for the record, women usually start at 5mg and work up to about 15mg.

She probably needs to change her diet your right. She doesnt use mayo with her tuna fish though. I dont think shes very strict on her diet plus she loves candy and I told her that will hurt in getting the results she wants.

How many calories should she be consuming? If she cuts cardio to just once a day 5 days a week? I like the idea of HIIT cardio from FF. Ill have to tell her about it.

Daisy her body fat was tested like 6 Mos. ago at the University of Utah where they weigh you in a tub of water I dont know what its called but I guess its pretty accurate.
