Advice on a first cycle...

Thats ok, I'm old enough to let the smart ass reply's role off my back like water.... I'm a small framed guy, even when I was racing AMA for a living I was only 127lb and No fat.... As far as my goals , I'm just wanting to get up to 155-160lbs and look decent... as far as the fat, its the beer around my waist, LOL!! I have cleaned my diet up quite a bit in the last few months and lost 11lbs of fat...

For those of you that offered constructive critisim thanks....

As far as my diet is concerned, for the last 2 months , every morning I will eat a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, Lunch is a Isopro shake, dinner is chicken or some type of fish, and for a snake at night I will have another shake.... it might not be a perfect diet but the fat is going away.

As far as gear, I'm just looking at it as one of my options...

still though bro, you have a lot to get in order before you start juicing.....steroids are not a "crutch" or a shortcut to get to another level. there is NO possible way you can't put on some weight at 141lbs......you need to get your training down to a science, start training at least 5 days/week, make it your life. and a bowl of cereal for breakfast isn't gonna get you anywhere, to gain muscle you have to increase your calorice intake cleanly and allow the muscle to grow, but if you aren't training hard enough and putting your muscles and body in an anbolic state none of that matters anyways......so i feel justified in saying you are in NO WAY whatsoever ready to take steroids

what will likely happen if you do is your muscles will gain at a rate faster than your tendons and ligaments can handle and you will end up with a bad injury

take my advice of leave it, its up to you

alright another newbie thread. Dude, if you don't want a limp noodle, I'd suggest you read first ask questions later.
 
Bro.... Deca Dick. Search for that exact phrase and you'll see the folly of your ways. Or man boobs or gyno short for gy·ne·co·mas·ti·a : ENLARGMENT OF THE BOOBS. No intentions of flamming, the bros here have your best interests in mind, trust me.
 
I was 5'11 123lbs and had a little fat when I started training.. it's possible... we aren't all gifted... :S

Just eat a lot, but clean man... and train yer arse off... Train 3 x 4 times a week and get 8 hours of sleep a night... make sure to stretch etc.. and REALLY pound it.. with lots of heavy presses, deads etc... Just keep researching... juice will likely fill you will water and acne that'll dissipate, and leave you disillusioned... just go at it hardcore for a few years first... cuz honestly you'll make the same gains with or without at this point... read up on ALL the diet stuff, and training stuff on here...

your diet is one thing holding you back.check out the diet forum to get some ideas on what you might need.we all are different so don"t expect what one person is doing to work the same for you. live and learn. post back with progress
