Advice needed on Anadrol, Dianabol & Test E cycle

^^^^Dam I didn't even realize he was 6'3" and 183, and I thought I jumped the gun lol....Take Zeds advice on this one trust me

Ok bro, IMO you are throwing your money away to do any cycle at your current size and weight. Not being a turd to you bro but you just dont have any foundation. Its that simple. Your frame is not yet ready for any enhancements and you will loose everything you gain.

At your height you should not even consider enhancements till you are easily 235+Lbs.

I will tell you what.:evil:

I challenge you to do this to the letter, and if you are not happy with the results I will buy you a mass cycle. I am good to my word, you just ask anybody on here.

Ok the chellenge is this, you google Strong Lifts 5x5 and STUDY that program.
You do that program exactly like it is written and change nothing for 2 full sessions of 12 weeks each with a week off in-between.

You eat everything that is not rancid or nailed down.
You post up a log with pics.
If you do this and if your are not fully happy and impressed at the end, like I said I will buy you a mass cycle.:D

Zedhead, sorry for the late reply I have been overseas and flat out with work!
okay just starting to work out heavy again last week, going to be getting my 5 days atleast in the gym a week.
Downloaded and briefed the 5x5 report, big ass document hopefully get through it shortly, although I am going to report that I am still taking a-drol and test e, same cycle as above only 50's not 100
appreciate the feedback and I'm wishing it was coming into winter here (maybe I should move to America) as I would accept your challenge then however as it is only two months away from mid summer I need to bulk up alot more alot faster, even if its temp I can deal with that, just need the size for this summer to slay some girls! I'm sure you know how it is.
I'll keep you posted on my progres and reaction/ gains kept from the cycle
