Totally agree, carbs after workout. I never worry about fat content. Almonds and hard boiled eggs are awesome for good fats. Fat does everything he just listed and helps in the absorption of vitamins. As he also said, don't think fruit juice is the same eating fruit, unless you squeeze your own, it's like soda with vitamins.
I would add kale to that list too.
Radar, if an individual is looking to really lose weight as fast as possible, wouldn't u avoid the fruit altogether due to sugar, as long as you get the vitamins u need in other food? I always thought of it as more you have to burn off. Am I wrong since it's natural sugars?
