It,s now my fifth month in a gym. My goal is to gain muscles but in these 5 month the progress is very low. My skin is very thin and it seams to me that now my body is not gaining muscles. So now i decided to use supplements but i don,t know which one will be better. Many people are giving me different advices and now i,m in a very difficult situation and still can,t decide which one to use. Please give me a better advice.

First its only your fifth month this shit doesnt happen over night. Whtat are your stats height , weight , age e.c.t and what is your diet and training regime like??

makesure you get a correct diet and know what your eating buddy, i promiseyou this is where you are most likely going wrong, makesure you have enough rest days and your training is on point.
supplements are exactly that, they just supplement your activities and regular lifestyle.
That said you could with some protein powder maybe a preworkout to keep you focused and possibly some creatine in the future but you need to learn how togain anf build than look to improve upon that.

I can tell you what i,m eating daily.

Yogurt - 1 '/2 KG
4 bananas and 1 apple
2 times daily boiled rice with vegetables(whatever vegetable my mother cooked)
Salad 1 time
I litter milkshake of 1 apple and 4 bananas
and almost 4 boiled eggs

just like this not more than this. this is my daily diet.

Diet isn't great mate, where's the beef, chicken,Turkey, oatmeal etc?No wonder you ain't growing. You need to get your diet in check and start getting enough calories into your diet to grow.As eoghan said wat r your stats, height, weight,Age etc.Five months in the gym with that diet,no wonger you ain't growing.Get your diet up to scratch and training dialled in if you want to grow.Go to the diet and training sections on this site and gather as much info as you can.

Hardly any protein in there - I'd add some oatmeal in there also. Eat some meat with nearly every meal if you can. Lean beef, chicken, fish. Some protein powder might not be a bad idea either. Every time you eat something it should have a protein component.

Like said above, post your stats. If you are very skinny/lean you should just eat as much as you can and bring on the cals, and not worry so much about eating a perfectly clean diet.

Eat bro! You'll have more energy and you'll be on your way to getting some results.

I agree with the above, you need more protein.1.5-1.7x your body weight in kg at least.

So if you are 75kg that would be 115-130g of protien at least.

I am 75kg and I try and hit between 180-190g of protien a day, throughout the day. 2800cals is my daily goal.

Also I am not sure I would eat 8 bananas in 1 day either, that is a lot of sugar. just my opinion.

good luck man
