I know there are a lot of busy guys on this forum so I had to ask what you all do to eat. I run a business, for about the last month I have gone home to eat. I have been eating 5-7 times a day. What makes it tougher is I am cutting so going to subway or quiznoz's is outa the question.

For those of you that leave the house and cannot come home until late, what do you do to get in your food. I just bought some gladware, and every once in a while I will take a can of tuna with me.

I would just like to hear what you all eat, and how you manage to get it down during the day. do you make all your meals in the AM or how do you get the food ready.

Advice would be GREATLY GREATLY appreciated, seeing as how running home to eat is costing me $$$$$$

I usually try to go home and eat as often as possible to increase lack of productivity, but then again I'm losing money even when I am out "working".

My diet consists of oatmeal in the morning that I tend to spill all over the counter and not clean, and throughout the day I eat salad that I pretty much dump out onto the counter and mix with the oatmeal from the previous meal. I also like to consume about 1 Culligan 5gal of water (daily) and protein shakes about 6 times a day from the same dirty shaker bottle that I only rinse, never wash. Oh, and I also don't like cleaning the protein off the walls and countertops, I feel it adds a certain elegance to already dirty countertop.

It's tough to do man. I'm gone from the house 11-15 hours a day and it's really hard for me to eat frequently (and small). All I can tell you is try what I'm doing which is to control blood sugar during the day and focus on proper nutrition pre and post work out.

whole wheat bread + turkey or roast beef..

i work long ass hours and when im serious about my diet i can go through at least 2 sandwiches a day plus a meal or two that i bring to eat in a microwave..

oh and keep a jug of olive oil with you too if you need more cals.. yummy :)
