Specs: 40 yo, 5'10", 170lb, my Tanita scale says %BF is around 8%
I know I'm small, and this pic was taken (totally cold) around 6am one morning before work.
So what's next? I want to stay lean but I certainly want to add some mass to key areas... suggestions?
