Adice for a novice

First off i can see many members on here are very helpful and honest ! So im hoping u can help me.
I am about to buy my first ever cycle been researching and im thinking about deca 500mg once a week for 10, winny and clomid. My first problem is not actually speaking to ppl who use steroids research is research but i wanted to advice from real ppl, im a small guy 5'11 about and about 130 so im thin lol..so what do you think of the cycle is it right for me will it work??? Thanks guys

Stormtrooper, to get help from the experienced guys post more stats (age, how long youve been training,training schedule and diet history), therefore they can give you a more honest and accurate opinion..if your young and weigh 130 you have a lot of natural growth to come from hard training and diet before you consider a cycle..
 
Im 22 i do train iv been training for about 6 months and taking weight gain and protein drinks for around 2 months iv been able to gain some muscle but i can only gain to my weight and i struggle gaining mass , iv always had a problem with my weight never being able to gain - nothing works ... thats why im considering a cycle but i need to know i'll get some sort of result
 
I may of got the weight wrong as us brits work off stone's and not pounds i mentioned pounds due to fact the majority of post's are american , im about 9 1/2 stuartm
 
I do eat and eat properley as i said earlier iv always had a prob with gaining weight so i wanted something to give me a headstart everybody use's roids for a reason and thats mine.

Stormtrooper.listen to these people.. you have to eat man...increase the calories....eat 6 meals a day...eat, eat eat...

You`ve only been training 6 months...its a marathon not a sprint Stormtrooper..

Personally I wouldn`t advise a cycle until you have truly got the diet/training regime sorted.

And 9 1/2 stone is 136lbs.
 
I know the advise you've heard above ISN'T what you wanted to hear bro. But I was in the same boat as you - a hardgainer, who was very thin. I jumped on the cycle wagon thinking it was going to make me buff. <WRONG> 2 cycles later and I still looked the same. It was only inbetween by 2nd and current that I actually started taking peoples advice and EATING LOTS.

Try Fitday.com to track your daily calorific intake, i bet you're surprised at how little you eat. For your weight you need to have at least 3000 cals a day to grow.

I actually put more weight on this way OUT OF CYCLE than my 1st 2 cycles.

Think about it bro, how can you BE the big man, if you dont EAT as much as him.


If you are stuck on doing a cycle though, I would say 500mg/sustanon/wk for 10 weeks would be good.

But without EATING LOADS and TRAINING HARD, you wont get fuck all.

First off do much more research. Use the search buttons on this site. Nothing sucks more than to let your expectations or assumptions down about your first cycle. These are strong drugs and you need to learn what each is designed for. You are what you eat and if you weigh 136 you dont eat enough of anything no matter how clean your diet is IMO.

Have you already purchased your gear?

I would run 4-5,000 calories per day.
2-300 g's protein


For a cycle I like equipoise instead of deca but either are great if you use them. They will not do it for you.

Here is some of what you want to hear.

400-600 mg of Eq or Deca a week for 12-15 weeks.
300-500 mg of test cypionate or prop a week for the same amount of weeks.

This is plenty for a 1st cycle.
 
Thanks for the advice guys much much appreicated !! its just very frustrating listening to ppl saying eat eat as i do and as mentioned in a other reply 6 meal's which i do i diet well i understand the cals and protein intake but my body doesnt this is why i was muling over a stack .... you know what its like guys low self a steam things you keep tryin always gettin knocked back and so forth starts to piss you off. I was just hoping a cycle would kick start something for me

bro there was a time when I thought I ate alot and wasnt growing,but the guys on here showed me what I eat was a joke, fuck when I bulk up I feel sick all the time from cramming so much food in me, believe me bro this is the key to you growing

at 136lbs your not at your genetic limit yet so any weight gains you arent making is due to food intake,fitday.com is a great site take advantage of it
 
[/B]OUT OF INTREST GUYS WHAT DO YOU THINK IF I RAN norma deca @ 500mg pw with 30mg dbol ed and sust iv heard even i could gain from this ( and before u say it i know i'll have to eat which i do ) everything u tell tho is being notited and i really do appreicate all of ur coments great message board.
 
A bit much for a first cycle. But if you run that stop the DBol at 4 weeks and run the cycle for 10 weeks. Also you never mentioned how much sust a week. How often are you going to inject?
 
You will loose all those gains if you can not learn how to eat,so a cycle is wasted.

This is what iv been askin all day
WILL STEROIDS BRING A POSITIVE RESULT OR A MINIMUIM RESULT A SLIGHT INCREASE IN MASS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ME !! BECAUSE I CANT GAIN ITS THAT SIMPLE I CANT ....... i eat between 5 and 6 meals a day i have a hardgain diet which i follow but it hardly works i have shakes for maximum carb intake and eat more and more meat.
Its my body/metabolism
I work out 4 days a week

All i want is a answer to my question taking all that info which is in all the other statements WILL A CYCLE OF THE ABOVE or a recommended one by the people who know being you work taken into consideration - i do eat - i do work out i just need something to kick start something and help me to build a bit more confidence in what im doing.
 
Ok well first of all we can all understand your self esteem being low. At 22 yrs old and wieghing 130lbs not many people would be able to handle that mentally. My friends brother was the same way. He is only 17 and has done about 3 cycles and still looks like he has not even picked up a dumbell in his life. Its very scary and almost depressing.

You say you eat, so then lets hear what you eat. It is easy to say this but you have to prove it to us. Break down each meal and we will all try and work with you.

Steriods can be a great thing, but they can be an even greater thing if everything thing in your enviornment is in place (ie diet, workouts, supplements vitamins). Lets try and figure out other problems before we jump on a cycle so we can maximize your potential.

So lets hear meals 1-6!!

Myoplex, 1 tsp flaxseed oil
432 calories, 42g of protein, 25g of carbs, 14g of fat

11pm -- Meal 2
4 Whole Eggs w/ 1 cup of hash browns
440 calories, 28g of protein, 36g of carbs, 20g of fat

2pm -- Meal 3
6 oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup of rice
319 calories, 50g of protein, 23g of carbs, 7g of fat

5pm -- Meal 4
4 whole eggs in a flour tortilla w/salsa
367 calories, 24g of protein, 17g of carbs, 20g of fat

8pm -- Meal 5
Myoplex, 1tsp flaxseed oil
432 calories, 42g of protein, 25g of carbs, 14g of fat


8pm -- Meal 6
6 oz grilled tuna with large baked potato, 1 cup of veggies

Hey I am here to help and am easy to talk to. I see that you want some answers and I will try to help as best as I can as will other members.

So here we go:


Your carb intake is way to low. I calculated about 182 grams. I am 6'2 225lbs and I take in close to 400g's of carbs a day. I would not be afraid of getting fat or anything, just make sure you eat more healthy carbs. This is going to be a period of trial and error and my take a couple of months to see what works. With your myoplex shakes add a cup of oatmeal (about 50 g's a cup). Instead of having a 1/2 cup of rice have 1 cup of rice. This will bump your carb intake higher in a hurry. By the way, the carbs in Myoplex are really simple sugar, there is a loophole.

Your fat intake seems to be good. I would maybe eat some All natural peanut butter throughout the day when you want a snack. Your last meal you have (meal 6) is your most impressive. try to follow those types of numbers with every meal you have.

I would try to use some of the suggestions I made and see how it goes from there. As for right now though, try and keep the anabolics in the past. I think we can help you out here with diet alone.

Oh yea BTW, not a fan of the workout either. I dont know why you train only on weds, friday and sunday. Maybe you have work, maybe not.

Try and Keep a 2 day on day off schedule or sometimes even 2 days on 2 days off for proper rest. Try changing your splits to:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Legs
Weds: Off
Thurs: bis/tris
Friday: Shoulders
Sat: Off
Sunday Back:

Monday: repeat.

Man your the kinda kid i would LOVE to train. I could have you nice in no time!

Im sure you can imagine my desire eagerness !

I feel i eat well enough in terms of what i should eat ! ( will defo double up on the carbs ) and even to my training regime (wrote b4 ur reply ..lol) and i have gained muscle but only to my size there's nothing left to turn into muscle and its sooooo frustrating eating eating training ect and feeling great but not getting the final result you want ..

Heres some more info for you also i missed off the last post..

Height - 5'11
Body fat - 9.8%
Chest - 37"
Bicep - 12.5"
Waist - 28.8
Bench - 190 lbs
Squat - 240 lbs
 
Yea bro i work in between like now i finish in a hour tho thank god 12 hour shifts 8pm till 8am i sometimes wonder if thats got anything to do with it ... can be a strain and wear you right down.
 
hey bro I was about the same 5'6 ft and 145 pounds with a gut ,arms was 12.5 inches ,in about a year and half my weight went to 200 pounds .The key is eat and eat
for me was N large 2 by prolab 3 times a day not to mention buffet all the time .
I was so surprise that I was puting on an average of 4 pounds a week and at that begining the only suplement I took was creatine .My weigh went from 145 pounds to 160 in 2 months and in 6 months I reached 185 mostly lean muscle the arms grew 0.25 inches a month until a hit a plateu of 16.75. Try eating way more and you will see results.

If you aren't gaining on that alone, add 2 more myoplex shakes to it, and a tablespoon of peanut butter before noon.
Don't do cardio, Train intense, use proper form.
Get plenty of sleep.
 
12's are hard bro I know im doing it also 7-7,2weeks days 2 weeks nights,its hard but try to get 8hrs of sleep a night,Im lucky because I live at home and can get my family to cook my food up when I sleep,or Ill cook on a day off for a week.

I'm sure you're going to run a cycle anyway but fwiw you need to drink gallons of milk and eat a tub of ANPB a week along with what you're currently doing

try old school supersquats program , 20's until you puke adding 5lbs every workout, alternated with a pure strength 5x5 routine every 2 months.

it takes years to get bigger unless you're one of the lucky ones
