ok.. im running a 8week cycle. the one phreezer posted. and i have gotten my hands on 10ml adex. the question is. is this enough at all? can i in anyway take advantage of this?

you need to run your AI from day 1, don't wait until your symptoms start otherwise it will be very very late and you may have to stop your entire run !

and blood work is very important to know how much you should use. don't just blindly follow a dosing schedule without bloods! check my signature for a link for bloods!

how do we know if its enough or not? what exactly does you saying you have a 10 ml bottle tell us about ANYTHING... we dont know your cycle.. we dont know your MG/ML on your adex... we dont know your planned dosage...

Hang on - that crazy right? You wouldn't do that cos it's stupid yes? But by all means start a cycle with stuff missing. Ok...

Simple math. If you are using let's say 1mL per week, you 10mL bottle will last 10 weeks. If you are using 2mL per week, it'll last 5 weeks.

Figure out your dosage per week and then calculate if you will have enough or not
