Stats: 5 11, 190 15-17% BF 24 yrs old.
Goals: Cut BF, gain endurance for triathlon in 10 wks, retain as much muscle as possible.

Routine:6am awake,7:30am at gym, 10-6 Work, 7PM cardio.
M,W,F weights...full body, deads,cleans,squats,bench,etc.
Tu,Thur,Sat Heavy cardio, Tri training, swim,bike,run.
Sun-off

Cycle:wk1-2 Sun 200mg deca
3-6 Sun 200mg deca Th 200mg deca.40mg winny tabs ED
7-8 Sun 200mg deca
9 Triathlon.

How does this look. Taking 5 2mg tabs at meals 4 times ED. I like winny for cutting/low bulk and deca for joint support. No time/money/availability to add anything so please no "you should have." I would consider bumping up mg's of deca/winny and/or adding winny for 6 weeks. Will I need clomid? Thanks for your posts.

Other Supplements I'm taking:
Flax Seed,Saw Palmetto,Glutamine,Multi-vitamin,chrysin

Diet: trying to maintain a 40/30/30 at everymeal. 200g Protein. Tons of water.

Based on my routine I would like advice on when/how/with what should I take all of these supplements! Add/subtract anything and my be some training advice. Also should I have some Gear in me during the tri? Event isn't tested.
