Efrons like 130 soaking wet! No way you can drop 100! Try to set a reasonable long lasting goal. Also start intermittent fasting then do a 3 week juice cleanse and detox before heading yo beach. Chicks dig the “hungry” look. I’m starting 12 week fruit/veggie cleanse in April. For the same reasons

Unless that's mostly muscle you need to eat less and do more.

Definitely diet down from the 240lbs man. SARMs will help but you really have to focus on diet.
