Abs

You need to do more than just crunches hit them from all angles and diet is a huge factor here .
This guys ab routine is pretty good he has quite a few aswell

Drop your body fat first by getting a good diet and cardio routine then work on your core exercises and all your crunches and you'll be on your way

They are both important in their own ways but diet should be the focus seeing it as though you can't get abs when you eat like crap, (ok unless your on winny and mast). After a planned and strict diet and a mix of both core strengthening exercises and ab (top, middle, and bottom) exercises, a chiseled six pack will soon follow with hard work. And honestly crunches are horrible for your upper back, so forget about those

Dude inverted situps, inverted crunches , inverted side crunches, and this wonderful little ems belt known ad the contour, plus a very strict diet plsn

Thanks! Guys I work my abs all angle possible and I heard that squad help too! And you are right I heard it a lot that the best work out for good abs is in the Kitchen, but reducing your amount of food would be my main priority a from now but can you compensate with more supplement like protein shakes so I don't feel tired and crabby all the times cuz that what happen when I clean my diet?

Squats and deadlifts and a clean diet
. You can do all the crunches you want but you won't attain a rippling 6pack without diet.

Ride it like you stole it!!

Who said you need to "reduce the amount of food?"

It isn't all about the amount of food, but it certainly is about the types of food you put into yourself. Carbs & Fats have their place in your diet as well. But they can both be attained from positive sources such as Sweet Potatoes, nuts, beans, brown rice, steel cut oats, and so on.

You will certainly need to work the core from all angles, but if you are dropping bf %, then you will on your way. This will happen through rigorous training at both the gym and dinner table.

I am actually eating well above maintenance at the moment, but I am eating clean, so while I am building, my bf % is actually going down. I honestly didn't think it was possible, but since I began to track every calorie, carb, fat, and protein that I ingest...the results have aligned with my goals.
