abs+ and lean+ ??

Does anyone know about the products Abs+ and Lean+ .. I've been eating like crazy lately to put on muscle, but when It comes time where I want to cut some fat out.. I would like to do it as quickly as possible without loosing bodyfat of course

but my real question is.. about these products.. has anyone tried them? do they work well?

Your going to get alot of mixed opinions on that but a couple of guys over at Animal's board having been stacking Green Tea+CLA+ alot of other stuff and seeing amazing results. Some say CLA is a waste of money and some swear by it.

Personally I use CLA and drink green tea daily and find (in large doses, 15-20g a day) CLA helps reduce abdominal fat but it doesnt say how much CLA is included in the product (unless I missed it).

great, thanks for the info, I'll go down to the shop in town and look at the bottle and see if it says, right now I drink about 3 cups of green tea daily, with meals.. I like the taste anyway.

This is the same company that makes Greens+, etc. They are well respected by things like Alive magazine, etc which focus more on health, nutrition and longevity. (vegetarians and the elderly predominant?)
Of course, they're now bringing in a lot of new products - which personally makes me think that they're trying to cash into a larger marketplace. Especially with "bad rumors" of certain diet products, while their's is the healthy way to do it.

To make a long story short - I do trust this company...with a grain of salt though (everyone is out to make a buck).

I am currently on my 1st bottle of lean+ and abs+.
Is it working? - I don't know... yet.
Would I recommend the product? - I don't know.
Will I buy it again - yes.

I'm also on a low carb diet (CKD with post-workout carbs) and using Yohimburn DH. So yes, I'm seeing results. But I can't honestly say what the factors are.

FYI - I find that Superstore usually has better prices for things like this than local nutrition stores. (And I HATE Superstore and would rather support local biz, but...) But I'd recommend you compare the prices at www.sndcanada.com vs your local Superstore (or local). I found that snd was quite significantly cheaper (almost half price).

damn.. I went down there $55.00 candian dollars for the 2 together.. that's bs.. I think I may just stick to old fashioned cardio and balanced dieting when I decide to cut, and make sure to drink plenty of green tea.

I find it is decent weight loss aid, as long as your working to lose weight (ei. diet & exercise).
It kind of 'boosts' your progress.
