About to take 1-Test. Need some info.

I just ordered some 1-Test and received it in powder form, 20 grams. They said to take 200-400 mg's per day with some extra virgin olive oil. Or to put it capsules. I don't really have time or the necessary products to make capsules so I'm wondering what you guys thing would be the best way to take this stuff. I've heard about using it with sesame seed oil too. I'd like to have some concrete info though.
