How is their shipping time, customer service?
About to order from 4RX. Any Feedback?

Good question! I placed an order nearly three weeks ago. Still nothing in the mailbox. I was able to check the status of my order and it now shows to be shipped. I also called the toll-free number and got some indian out-sourcing dumb son-of-bitch I could not understand, trying to explain the shipping process. That was a waste of about 10 minutes. Someone.... Anyone.... Tell us a success story to calm the waters.

I've read one thread about a bro having trouble, but since they sponsor the site, i figured I'd give it a go. Placed a relatively low $ order about a week ago. The EF discount code didn't work properly at checkout, so I sent support an email. They got back to me in about an hour saying that I would get the amount refunded.

I ordered some tane from them.. It took about 10 days for them to ship it via looking at the order status page.. That was about 2 weeks ago that they did ship it now it says. under ETA it says the 24th of april so well see.. Ill let you guys know when/if I receive my stuff, I did some research into them and from what Ive read they are legit, it just can take up to a full month to get your stuff.

I ordered three items at the beginning of April. I got one of the items in last Wed & another today. The only thing left is the Clomid I that was supposed to start taking last Wed with my HCG and Sustain Alpha. Hopefully, it will show up within a day or two.

I've placed 2 orders, one showed up in a little over 2 weeks. The second order the had some hold up and it took 2.5 months to get it. Did the chat a few times to find out where it was but those people are useless. The product seems decent and everything did eventually show up but I don't know how I'd rate them.

I contacted them last week inquiring about the order. They suggested I wait another week and let them know. Since I was in no hurry, I figured OK. Contacted them again today and they said that it apparently got lost or held by customs. If I don't see it by Monday, I am to call them for a full refund.
I will say that their customer service (online chat, email and telephone) have all been very helpful. They apologized profusely and ensured that I will get a prompt full refund if the product doesn't arrive.

I ordered 3 different items and they all came separately within 10-35 days. The stuff is legit, but it takes FOREVER to get it.
I've ordered from them several times and have ALWAYS received everything I ordered...sooner or later.

Since these guys advertise on the site they should read it as well. It's a shame because they have good stuff at really good prices.
I wonder if they knew that their orders can either double or be cut in half solely based on customer service. They should get their shit together. Same day shipping isn't that hard.

First off, I want you all to know that I insisted to be on the forum here for you guys to have another channel off communication with us and to get all the support you deserve. We respect EF and the members, as well as our customers. You can chat & call 24/7 or post here and I will check in daily to reply. Just an extra something for you guys
I saw a few negative comments about our Customer Support…It is NOT outsourced…Our Customer Support is ours. I personally hired the agents and team leaders, they are trained by our management staff (North American) and they are getting better and better. Obviously cost is an issue and like most large corporations, Asia, India, is the best option, I am sure you all understand.
I also saw the comments on delivery time…There has been a period between February & March where shipping was delayed greatly due to some law changes in the countries where we ship from. We were able to circumvent that and now shipping time is much more acceptable. We are also opening a new shipping point in North America which will guarantee a much faster delivery time (7-10 business days).
Within 2 weeks we will also offer an Express shipping option with online tracking which will also be faster.
In respect to our products, I can assure you all you are dealing with an online pharmacy that purchases the generic medications from internationally known Laboratories such as GenPharma & Cipla. These laboratories have been in business for decades manufacturing high quality generic meds under strict WHO & FDA guidelines.
