I'm going to be done with the BFL routine soon. Any creative ideas on what to do next? I'm looking to get as big as possible (while gaining minimal amounts of fat).
I'm 5'9", 23 y.o., and single-digit BF% (I think). My lightweight ass is up to 165 lbs. from 120 lbs. five years ago, when I first started training.
I don't know if this information will be helpful or not:
The gym I go to has almost everything, so there are no equipment constraints.
I have ~$100 a month to spend on supplements.
I have no sweet tooth or cravings of any kind.
I hate cardio.
I'd appreciate any input on what kind of training / split / diet / supplements I should be doing.
