Hi guys after having a baby I would love to strenghten my abs and I wonder which equipment I nedd to do that at home
I can't go to the gym because I have to watch my baby, thank you boys.

To train your abs at home you will need the following...
A clean healthy nutrition.
*Lots of sit-ups, crunches, laying leg raises, hanging leg raises.

Also training other muscles, calves, thighs, hamstrings, boody, back, chest, bi-ceps

Train abs and calves every other day.
Workout 5-6 days a week.

Equipment needed:
clean floor or matt.
Pull up bar

For a challenge you can get ankle weights, dumbells, medium to heavy weights.

well you aren't going to spot train your abs and magically lose that baby fat you got there. you really are going to have to dial in that diet again, i can imagine having to eat for 2 for 9 months and then having to break that habit. it has to be tough

it is like a guy bulking for a year and then trying to cut back down.. not easy!
