AAS to speed up healing???

Hi guys I am 31, 5'6, 146 pounds, 9% bf.... I have done a few anavar/sustanon cycles in the past and I am mainly into MMA as opposed to bodybuilding.

I currently am planning to start a cycle in December, but basically, I am very banged up right now with various nagging strains and sprains and joint injuries.

How much benefit would I get towards the healing processess if I were to rest for 1 week off all trainning while starting up my cycle. (which frontloads with 50mg turanabol/day using 750 mg test E/week)

Seeing as the Test E won't kick in for a bit, would the Turnabol aid in my healing if I were to take 1 week off before getting back at the weights and MMA, and just ate really well (I always eat 6 high quality meals/day)?

Or is this simply a waste of a weeks worth of Tbol??

Do you have weight classes you where you have to stay within a certain weight? If so look at Var and maybe EQ instead of the Test.
 
dont stop working out. keep working but go light. umm deca helps you heal with some injuries. But it just takes time.

its better to let ur body heal itself without gear, cuz once your on gear and your body starts to heal itself, when you off from the gear, well your back where you started.
