oral steroids are modified structurally to allow for them to pass through the liver... during this modification, they become c17 alpha alyklated ... here, read this article that steve wrote

I would not say that injectables don't affect your cholesterol levels, but orals tend to be much more stressful to your health overall.

if you understand what cholesterol is you will understand exactly why. cholesterol is your bodies balancer, so when you throw something foreign like AAS at your body of course those levels will be strained
