got this from another board,
OK everyone so we have all been seeing the questions about the best way to run dbol. after doing it just about every way possible over the years i was pretty sure i knew the best way to run it, but decided to do a little test all the same. so normally i took my dbol all preworkout, after finding this worked best for me over the years, still seeing a lot of different opinions on this subject i changed up and started splitting my dose every four-six hours. so my findings were actually kinda scary to say the least! first i will say that as far as gains went i saw no better gains from splitting the dose, if anything i would say gains were better taking all preworkout because i would get so pumped and swole from my workouts and that would last all day, i could definitely see a difference in fullness from splitting the dose. now for the scary part, within three days or so my piss was getting darker and darker every time i went to the bathroom, by the end of the first week it was a very dark almost brown color, no doubt it was blood! along with that my stomach actually looked swollen and i felt like shit to say the least, like nothing was digesting among other things. by the end of the week i felt so bad that i actually throw up, i had been feeling like i needed to for days and by the end of that week i just couldn't hold it back anymore! i was worried to say the least and actually concerned that i did some kinda damage! after that day of getting sick i stopped the dbol altogether and within a few days things were getting back to normal, its been about a week now and my piss is normal again, thank GOD, and i feel much better! so my conclusion would be that its better to take your dbol all at the same time two-three hours preworkout. there's really no difference in gains that i saw and again if anything i would say i got better results by taking it all at once. its definitely much better on your system to do so as well and i would say that's more important then anything in my opinion! if you really think about it anyway its not like test and unless your taking it around the clock, waking up from sleep to take it and so on, your levels are not going to be stable all the time anyway, and i would think taking say 50mg preworkout and getting a huge spike would be more beneficial then taking say 10mg and getting a much smaller spike a few times a day. obviously everyone has their own opinions but these are my findings and after this experience along with my experiences over the years i would definitely say that the benefit to risk ratio is just not worth taking it around the clock and again i found better results from taking all preworkout anyway! again these are just my findings and opinions but i hope this helps someone along the way! thanks for reading!
