Sometimes people just can't deal with certain things in this life. He is happier where he is at now... use him to inspire you for the rest of your life in and out of the gym. After my brother passed away from an OD of methadone and xanax I found a renewed passion to live life for him... for the better. My brother was a bodybuilder as well.

Just think... all the great bodybuilders that have passed on the heaven. They are all still slammin the weights with God spotting them.

Little tip: when you are struggling with that last rep, just look up for the strength of your good friend. You'll be surprised at how much stronger you'll become. They are definitely up there watching and helping us. Realize that for the rest of your life you'll have a guardian watching over you.
