For those of you who do A.M. cardio, do any of you guys take an ECA stack or anything before hand, or do you go strictly on an empty stomach?? I know its better to do it on an empty stomach, but I was wondering what some of you guys might do.
There's a study that shows whey before hand preserves lipolysis while sparing muscle. And yes, I sometimes take EC before if I do AM cardio. I think the partioning effects of E are especially beneficial at this time.
