A little help with strength guys..Please

Well, Let me first start with my question... I need some tips on how to get stronger... I feel like a puss when i am in the gym...

Heres a little background:

Im 18 years old, just finished my 4th cycle... Right now i am doing 250mg test in between cycles... Yes i am staying on year round... Been on 6 months and still gaining strong.Anyways Im 18, 17" arms cold, almost 50" chest. 5"10 between 215-220lbs at 10% bodyfat... I consider myself a big guy. Not too many guys that are bigger than me... But alot of smaller guys that are stronger.

Some more info: right now i am hitting 255-275 6 times. I feel like i should be hitting at least 315 6 times. I do have some joint pains... Cus i'll warm up with 135 and 185... These weights feel heavy, alot heavier than when i put on 245... Then when i put on 245lbs it feel light and i feel like i can push alot more, but my joints wont let me...I figure in my 6 weeks off that will help me recover my joints...

My next cycle will be test-andarol-winny-fina... Now i just want some words of wisdom; Some tips to help me get stronger. Cus im not a small guy but i want to hit the heavy weights... Lend me a hand here guys. Thanks

Try 1000mg test propionate for 8 weeks
+
20mg halotesting daily for 4 weeks.
+
600mg EQ for 8 weeks.

So the best cycle for you would be(in my opinion):

600mg deca/8weeks
80mg winstrol/6 weeks
40mg oxandrolone/8 weeks
250mg test-enanthate/8weeks.

last cycle was 1500mg test susp 150mg anadrol... Test dose is gonna be 1750mg this time(prop)im just on 250mg now so i dont come off between cycles

Being 18 and having 4 cycles under your belt along with staying on year round isn't the best idea. Bridging with test also? eek. You might be a candidate for serious health problems in the future. It's only a matter of time before your hpta is severely damaged, liver is shot, and your pissing into a bag. The possibilities are pretty much endless. Eventually you'll hit a point where the positives outweigh the negatives and it's sounding like you're about to cross that threshold especially at a young age.

On a side note, fina/anadrol isn't a very smart idea. You're looking at a good chance of one or the other binding to the PR, with or without winny.

I go to the doc every 6 weeks to get checked out... And i look myself for health signs... I mean i dont plan on doing this for the rest of my life. There's a point of being big that i dont want to pass. I dont want to be walking around with 23" arms and a 60" chest. I plan on running this regime until the summer time. Plus the fact that there are many bodybuilders who do much more than i do for longer periods of time and dont have problems...

Neither here nor there, i didnt start the thread to critique my use of anabolics. Rather to get some answers to my strength questions. So please help me on that...

By the way my goals are: 5"10 240lbs at 8%bf... 19" arms, 55" chest... Once i hit that... Im stopping for a while and just doing small cycles for maintenance

just quit being fuckin stupid your 18 and on year-round, thats real intelligent, and trust me there are a lot of guys bigger than you, your on juice at the age of 18 not too many people are juicing at that age.

dont call me stupid just because you dont have the balls to go on year round... And if you are gonna call me stupid then tell me why i am... I dont see any stupidity as long as i am going to the doc for checkups, and all my tests are coming back fine.

Ah forget it anyway... I knew i was gonna start getting BS answers here... Im better off posting at Anabolicfitness where people actually answer questions... Instead of giving you a stuupididty speach... Not much you can do when youve already been on for 5 months

Why are you only considering different gear methods??

Various training methods will increase your strength. Heavy weight
while keeping reps from 1-5, 90-95% of 1RM will do the trick. Do a search for Ken
Shamrock's old workout, (I think it's in his book) he uses this method

Combine this w/ gear and you will get results.
Good luck

I really think strength is largely dependent on gentics...now don't get me wrong...juice will help ya alot....but if u are weak...u are weak....some guys really never pound big numbers....I am smaller and taller than a lot of guys but have some good strength...but I would rather be bigger to tell ya the truth!

Being on that much test and being that weak does suck. You take too much juice and probably don't focus on seriously getting stronger in terms of explosive movements. If that's what you're after, visit the Powerlifting Board and ask for suggestions. A lot of the guys on this board are into controlled, bodybuilding-type excercises. Nothing wrong with that, they're just two different philosophies.

oh yeah i forgot to give you my routine...

I switch it up every 6-8 weeks... Usually when i hit alot of gear...

for instance i am currently doing this for chest/tris
Bench 2x warmups---3 heavy sets of 6
incline flyes 3 sets x 6
cable crossover 3 x 6
weighted dips 2 plates to failure
skull cushers 3 x 6
incline straight tricep press 3 x 6

other routines have been:
flat bench/incline press/cable crossover 4-6-8
weighted dips to failure
closegrip bench 4-6-8
tricep pushdown 4-6-8

or

4-6-8 rep scheme with the same exeercises or db presses

I guess i'll look for a new routine to start... But all those yielded the same strength gains

I just want to say that i don't solely rely on gear for my gains... I train my ass off, get my rest, and stick to my diet... I hold those before anything else

i got stuck in a rut on my bench so instead of warming up at 135 i went right to 225 for my warm ups doing dead stops (go to training board for proper bench technique). try this 225x10 275x5 315x3 335x1 355x1. also start shrugging as mush weight as you can pick up to strenghten your shoulders, they have more to do with bench work then most people understand. and close grip bench to help the tri build up the explosive power needed for heavy lifts. as far as your other lifts they look as if your soley training for shape and not strength, the power lifting board is a better place for you to find the answers your looking for.
