Me too been finding some good ones lately.. maybe it has to do with the self cleansing so I can start the new year right ... *slate wipe-age*

On another note, I am waiting for a client to call to tell him writing checks he knows that will bounce is a federal offense and it's been about TEN now... Funny how and $ he owes that "I" cannot collect comes out of MY paycheck ... I wont hold my breath on that one :rolleyes:

I can ALREADY feel my hip flexors and I stretched.. and cooled down then stretched some more...

What's the plan with cardio, you upping # days yet?

Not sure what the plan for cardio is, I think we are gonna be doing two or three days, not sure of what though... still NO spin class though as it is counter productive LOL

Are you kidding me, the gradders were here this morning, there is a pile so large in front of my house, I can't see the one across the street. I should take a picture.

We are planning on going skidooing for new years eve! and now it is warm with snow.I love it!

My layout for the next few weeks is exciting
Holidays, work, New Years, work.... mini vacation for a few days, start school, figure out comp stuff while I take a week or so off from everything (lifting wise) ...

My original log I started like Jan 25th/26th back in 04 .. looks like that will be the time I'll be starting training again 3 years later... funny how that always happens :)

I went to go see Rocky yesterday. I seriously really enjoyed it. He did good this last time. Good for him... I wanted to go see night at the museum but it's been sold out.. and this is a huge theatre with an IMAX in there too. Kids out for xmas break all over Im assuming.

Diet is fine, not BAD but not as good as it should be.. Im working on it.

Training... lol well the gym is the last place I want to be right now.. that is what I have in my head when Im there. Need to adjust that thought as well.. and Im not burned out, it's a different feeling... seriously see treil's log, I laughed when I read that, same page different book :lmao:

Been very very tired lately, mentally & physically. Yesterday I managed to do Chest (weak workout) then HIIT (ladders on the step mill), went home showered and went back to bed until I had to go to work.

Today, slept through my alarms (all 5 on the cell phone that rests nexts to my head all night).

I am trying to get out of a very dark place right now for me.. i WILL get out of it, I am here just not very active, sorry about that, it will change after the new year.

This has nothing to do with training for I guess it has to do with my sanity so Im documenting it. **warning** if you have a problem with me venting then please stop reading and relocate out of my log...

Phone issue: Sprint drives me crazy. It will cost me $200 to cancel my line so I'm riding it out until the contract is up (joint contract with my bro) and probably going to cingular (not sure about that but feel free to chime if if you do or do not like cingular & why please :)). I had an insurance claim for an old phone and they sent me a refurb for $50 deductible.. that refurb is defective. If I receieve a call (the simple ringing) or MAKE a call, within 10 minutes my extended battery is DRAINED. I have a picture phone but ONE sneding or looking at a sent pic, battery GONE.. after ONE. No it does not eat up memory THAT fast off a full battery. No way.

They give me so much crap that Im not main # (Im the 2nd line) it's a b1atc4 handling ANY issue with them b/c my bro wants me to take care of Eff ups they make on MY account ( to the tune of $800 in overage that wasn't suppose to be there ON TOP of our bill lol) ... and Im not HIM so they throw a hissy. Anyway, this is like strike 5 for them with these issues so Im not signing a new 2 year contract to get a measly $75 off a $300 phone. Im better to cancel pay the $200 fee & go in there as a new client & get a friggin Treo, it's ridiculous :lmao: :rolleyes:

Anyway, they are sending me a NEW refurb as a one time courtsey to me (HA!) and it should get here by thursday... dealing with them has serisously been a headache for me for the last 6 months so I am EXCITED that I'll get another shot with this new phone, and I wish for the best. Do you know how annoying it is to have someone else charge your batteries 3 x a week (all 3 batteries b/c that's how quick they go) ?? Such a huge inconvenience and that is only 1/5 of it. I am to blame with my stubborness to refuse to deal with their BS, yes, but man, I could not calmly deal with them until today.

Im happy to be done with this issue next week.

Funny... I have the same issue a couple months ago I had an overage charge of $200 and when I called to see why they kept making excuses and saying it was because of web usage etc, but when you have unlimited web how can you be charged for each minute of use... its RIDICULOUS!!!
ANd I completely agree with you on how they treat new customers and thats who gets the deals on the phones as opposed to people who have been there customers for a while makes no friggin sense to me either :(

I did have cingular a few years back for two years before I had Sprint and it was problem after problem with them which is why I switched and back then there packages all sucked too... not sure how much they have changed though since then because that was 3-4 years ago too so not sure how valid that opinion is :)

Glad you at least got one situation handled though :heart:
 
just throwing my 2 cents in..
my parents have Cingular and they have no problems with them but I have T-Mobile and I absolutly love them. Whenever I break a phone or have to deactiviate my account when I leave the states they are really easy to work with. The plans are good too.

Like I said, JMO.

:) House will be cleaned & stocked with food for my upcoming cut. I tried to hit the grocery store today and NO WAY ... the lot was FULL, everyone must be getting food so I'll do that tomorrow.

* Ive gone thru 3 paper shredders b/c the mailings I get have this glue in some of them and I dont bother opening crap ... just stick it in my shredder and it burns the motor when the stuff gets stuck in there.. I should send them the bill for the last 3 oh well i need to stop doing that & open these things

* Im going to start my log with T after or on the 1st of the year.. it will be bare bones for a few weeks so nothing too exciting for you all to read, but very exciting for me to start a fresh journey to the comp. Im cutting so my diet will start right away but training wont pick back up until end of Jan. That was previously planned (i.e. my break in Jan) since sept.

* I think having a refeed/cheat/reward is very important so Im debating on what to do for my cut. I like the idea of cutting certain things out the last few weeks before the comp & keeping in some variety & a cheat meal every now. I do think if you give your body the same stimulus over an extended period of time, i.e food, it will adjust to it. This included eating MORE of the my usual healthy portions.. Im talking about making sure I have some abnormal to keep my body guessing. I'd like to have things in my diet I can pull out along they way, cut out or switch when the time is right, so my body will respond better when I look to manipulate things down the road. I've had success the last two cuts with that so lets see if 3rd time is a charm.
 
Well at least the to-go menu's got scrapped ;) No grocery store, eh?!?! I'm getting my WO binder souped up for the cut. Bought a few mag's and cutting pics out. So I have pictures and daily reminders of what I'm doing at the gym.... :heart:

LOL the towel around my neck is cold now, have to go re heat it up. I had to do some 'research' so no, no grocery store yet :) The shredding interrupted my Davinci Code viewing so that's next on my list :) Im sure the book wins but I do like to read then see the movies as often as I can. That Rocky Quote is playing over & over in my head, Im really glad I went to see that movie... "nothing hits harder than life..." amen balboa.

Im going to get some mags too! LOL all the ones I just tossed are from like Victoria Secret and they do NOTHING for my goals, just make me say, hey your thigh is as big as my arm :) Or even better, you waist is as big as my quad! Ha! No judgements being made, just makes me giggle and appreciate myself a little more knowing the way I wanted to once look will never be possible without excising muscle & even bone! :D

I had to do some 'research' so no, no grocery store yet :) The shredding interrupted my Davinci Code viewing so that's next on my list :) Im sure the book wins but I do like to read then see the movies as often as I can. That Rocky Quote is playing over & over in my head, Im really glad I went to see that movie... "nothing hits harder than life..." amen balboa.

Im going to get some mags too! LOL all the ones I just tossed are from like Victoria Secret and they do NOTHING for my goals, just make me say, hey your thigh is as big as my arm :) Or even better, you waist is as big as my quad! Ha! No judgements being made, just makes me giggle and appreciate myself a little more knowing the way I wanted to once look will never be possible without excising muscle & even bone! :D
