I am looking for something to get me going before i workout in the morning i tried coffee but my body is so immune to it, it doesn't do anything to me anymore. So i am looking to try something else. If you have any suggestions please let me know i would really appreciate it. Have a nice day!
 
Hi! I just wanted to say hello! Great question.

I have had the exact same problem. I'd hit Starbucks before my 5AM cardio. It worked for awhile but I would crash big time and simply want more coffee which I built up a tolerance to over time.

Im on ECA stack and i love it
lately i've been adding some no-explode...i get a crazy work out..i wouldnt recommend both though

Hey girl! I've never tried an ECA stack and would love to but i can't have asprin dang it!


I've been on LF for a couple weeks. The only side effects are extra sweatiness so far. Also, one day I drank coffee too soon (against mfg. directions) and got a headache. Gives me a great boost to my workout though. That's the main thing for me!
 
I don't use energy drinks all the time, but I do have a few on store for 'those' days.

I really like BSN Endorush.

Word of warning, you are not meant to drink the entire bottle in one go.
 
Energy drinks only lead to a post crash enviroment. Try Lipoflame.

Although I take a combination of BCAAs, Taurine, caffiene, and ALC. That seems to perk me up on an even level throughout the day with no spikes or drops in the energy levels.
 
Cytolean is a favorite of mine and my clients. It gives no jitters and no crash. It doesn't contain a ton of stims but you feel like you're walking on air and very happy. I love it.
