Animalmass and genemachine have been adding pounds by the plates lately too! Those numbers are already warm ups for genemachine.

Yeah we have a range from 19-34 in our group. DG21 is only a few years older than KG...those two are animals!

Then VDOP and Benchmonster you saw results on from last weekend. VDOP's 600 pound springloaded squat, and Benchmonster's state record bench.

I am so proud of these guys. Incredible athletes and incredible people.

I was just bragging about genemachine's lifts coming up fast. Well, he just posted THIS update on powerlifting:

Dude.. that inzer double denim blew today. Not like a minor tear on the seam, but actually right down the center of the chest to my belly button.

The shirt was really a great shirt. It took me from 275 in November to 425 two weeks ago. It will be greatly missed...

However, the bastard decided to blow on the day I was going to nail 450 and for that it deserves to be burned...
