what fake cream are you talkin about? i use light redi whip it only has less than 1 gm of carb for 2 tbs but in the ingredients it has sugar..will that lil amount of sugar before bed spike my insulin and stop the fat burning process? i eat low carb all day idotn wanna ruin it by that stupid cool whip but if its ok i will have a lil...i heard havy cream in the cool whhip slows(caus of the fat) the spike...what do u think? this would help me alot if u respnd hun =)
