A fast way to build the upper body!!

Can anyone tell me how can i fast build the upper muscles of my body? I have to mension that i never gone to any gym place before. I am only practising by myself in karate?

So is there any really fast way to build those muscles?

Do heaps of what we call 'steroids' Go to the biggest guy in "one of those gym places" and ask him. Start wth 1000mg per week.
