S Sebass67 New member Nov 3, 2002 #2 I don;t think strength is much of a concern.... She is about 5'3 weighs 115... she wants to lean down to get a 6 pack... and prob gain a little muscle as well.. But obviously she doesn;t want to get big.. I don;t want her to get big either....
