9 weeks on SUST 250...overrated

So this is my first cycle after consistent lifting of 4 years natural. I was recommended to first start on test to see how i react which ive bee doing. But Im on my 9th week and so far it doesnt seem as powerful as i expected. Im 33 and started off weighing 158 pounds....now im around 165 (but im sure its not just muscle weight) ive seen people on this site gaining almost 20 pounds more in less time..what am i doing wrong? or am i expecting too much on test alone? i started off 300mg for the first 4 weeks then bumped it up to 500mg per week.Ive noticed i become more vascular but my muscle size doesnt seem much bigger and strenght hasnt changed much.

i also got the stuff from that domestic site you all like to talk about, i did blood work few weeks after starting and my test level went from 210 to over 1000 so i know the product isnt fake lol Also, what pct would u recommend after im done? thanks alot guys!!
 
I'm talking about blood levels. If you're barely over 1000 ng/dL your stuff is severely under dosed. Hence, blood levels within TRT ranges.
 
really ? this was 2 weeks after starting the product. it went from 210 to 1110. I guess i should check it again once im done with the cycle. That would suck if the products was underdosed wtf!!
 
If your test was 210 natural shouldn’t you be on TRT anyway? I’m in the UK so we use nmol but I just checked and your normal range starts at 279
 
Then it's severely under dosed if you're taking 500mg/week.

how is that? if you test after 2 weeks you aren't even close to peak levels. sustanon 250 is made up of mostly long esters which won't even peak till week 6. the Decanoate ester has a elimination half life of over 30 days! 2 weeks and his numbers already 1000+ means it is potent as fuck

Basic pharmacology and he's been on for six weeks. This graph has two of Sustanon's esters. Neither took 6 weeks to raise blood levels above what the OP is testing. By day 10 the decanoate ester is clearing. The commonly quoted active and half lives on the net were taken from horses. Human trails showed much faster clearing rates. I've looked at more bloodwork than anyone in this industry. we are talking 1000's of blood tests i have looked at. I know exactly what I'm talking about. sustanon will not peak until about week 6 or even 7. 2 weeks on it 1100 is correct. nothing wrong with his gear at all.

Here's one of cyp showing how quickly a single 200mg injection peaks.


1 injection peaking is not the same as multiple injections peaking over time. the more you inject the more esters build up in your body until a peak is reached.

that chart assumes a person injects one time and that is it. that isn't how anyone runs a cycle so why in the world would you post it in this thread?

I've looked at more bloodwork than anyone in this industry. we are talking 1000's of blood tests i have looked at. I know exactly what I'm talking about. sustanon will not peak until about week 6 or even 7. 2 weeks on it 1100 is correct. nothing wrong with his gear at all.

The title of the thread is 9 weeks on Sustanon. He should be peaked by now in your words.

he ran bloods after 2 weeks of sustanon. that is what i am talking about. maybe you are misunderstanding my point but after 2 or 3 injections on sustanon in a 2 week span you don't hit peak levels of gear. you can achieve that on prop yes, but sustanon is actually designed for TRT so it takes a while

why he isn't happy with gaining 10 pounds or whatever is his own fault. nobody gains 20 pounds on a cycle unless you are talking about water. 10 cycles X 20 pounds is 200 pounds of rock hard muscle. hell every person on this forum would be Mr. O champion if that was possible. the OP simply has unrealistic expectations lol

Shit I'd be happy with 3-5lbs on any cycle if its quality lean muscle and keep able lol

how am i bashing you? I said your numbers are fine.

and i never said you can't gain 30 pounds on a cycle, i said those 30 pounds will be water/fat and not really gains. you CANNOT gain 30 pounds of muscle in a cycle. you cannot even gain 5 pounds. you are lucky to gain MAYBE 1/2 pound of actual muscle tissue per cycle. that is the science in most situations.

like the example I said earlier think about how absurd 30 pounds in a cycle is. that means after 10 cycles you gain 300 pounds. that would mean you are the most muscular man in human history. i can put anyone on a dbol/test/deca cycle, tell them to stuff themselves from 6am till 11pm daily with tons of food and they can gain lots of weight. but that isn't what i teach as that won't be good weight.

if you have any other questions feel free to post up, nobody on here is bashing and nobody is being 'mean' or rude. we are telling you the truth on this stuff and educating.
 
Honestly if you gain 5lbs of muscle that you keep it was a very successful cycle. We hear it all the time but this is really a marathon. Think about it this way, if you gained 20lbs on each cycle you would gain 100lbs after 5 cycles. Professional bodybuilders would be thousands of lbs!

He didn't bash you one time, he gave you quality answer's, steve has a ton of experience and has seen alot and done alot, he was trying to explain it so you understand, also as said by Masonic marathon not a sprint and 5lbs is amazing results and quality not 30lbs of bloated water weight and sloppiness.

I think you need to worry about your own attitude problem.
Just because someone doesn't give you the answer that fits you, doesn't mean they're bashing you.
You're going straight to defense-mode, thats just beeing overly sensitive....

Dylan is just straight forward and to the point and just says things how they are, I know in the time I've known Dylan he has helped set up multiple cycles and went back and forth with me daily answering all my questions and teaching me. It's tough online when you cant see or hear the person and reading it you may perceive it differently than how its actually meant.

First off, Sus contains prop so T levels will be spiked pretty quickly. But I'm figuring if you weigh only 158 after 4 years of training, you're either an extreme ectomorph, or not training very hard. So the gains you made are actually pretty good. Or did you expect a few shots of steroids were going to make all your dreams come true?

So true. It's a Test-only cycle & at a standard beginner level dose. Your T count quadrupled. If you're 33 and weighed 150 lbs you need the whole package. Bulk up your diet & if you haven't already post your goals.
 
I'm going to tell you what nobody else has bothered to tell you - the truth.

Something about what you are doing SUCKS.

Either your training sucks, your diet sucks, your sleep and rest sucks - or all of the above.

DS's test isn't underdosed, you just don't know what you're doing.

My guess, is that you don't eat enough. Steroids don't magicly build muscle. Well, they sort of do, but I'm not going to go there for this post.

My point is, is that you are not eating enough. 9 weeks, with 5 weeks so far on 500 sustanon 250 - you shoulda gained 7lbs of water alone probably from that - and that's just me pulling that outta my ass.

You need to increase your calories and you need to push your training hard.

Testosterone at supraphysiological ranges will build muscle excellently, improve your CNS efficiency - making you stronger, and improve your tolerance to volume, intensity, AND frequency of exercise.

I would NEVER recommend a natural guy train more than 2-3x a week, and never a bro split - but on steroids you can do that and make even better progress - because of the rapidity with which your muscles repair.

In general, as a guy gets stronger, it's his nervous system that cannot recover fast enough, which requires more time between workout sessions for the CNS to be able to fire off at full strength so that your muscles can display the strength you have gained through exercising the muscle.

EAT MORE FOOD.
 
You should have felt a tiny bump when you increased the dose, but of course there are some very long esters in there that take a long time to build up. This is why i don't recommend sustanon for cycling. It was designed for long term TRT.

yes exactly.

if you plan on running steroids for under 15 weeks sustanon makes little sense. stick with Cyp or E.

really with sustanon it takes 10 weeks to peak in the system if people want to truth if ran correctly. that would mean 5 pins every other week.
