the kind of technology back then I think was less based on categorization and separation or distance, I mean there was a philosophical difference between the logic of categorize, transmit, replicate, and multiply that is in operation right now or our current logos, and I think the there technology was more based on direct unification with some kind of natural energy that pervades our mode of existence.. philosophically though I think instead of based on bifurcation or dichotomy, instead of going outward, they went inward and understood that true reality is not quite what our limited senses insist on form and substance and separation, if a change in understanding, -or vision- was in effect for a civilization, their entire reality would be fundamentally different with a relationship to the Earth that we did not think possible. IMO.

Don't have total antedeluvian motivations, however am not sure that the unbalanced and overemphasis on function rather than interpretation, perception, thus interconnection, has made us a totally saner society. I don't think I'm the only one that feels isolated even in the face of expanded communication and interconnection that makes the world a living room. Things will change, it is inevitable, and hopefully for the better. Look Red, I'm not saying that the past is the answer, I love the benefits that technological expansion has brought, I also feel driven on an instinctual basis to express some reservations that are heartfelt. I don't wanna get in a situation where it is positions we affirm, since we both are trying to make a home out of this place.
