Two things:
1--That's circular logic. You can't be fat because you can't be fat?
Everyone, even Dexter Jackson, can be "fat," but it depends on what you mean by fat...
2--I never said you were a blimp, just that you are evidently smoothed out by a lack of definition. I should say, you are smoothed out to your own eyes...you may well be extremely hard on yourself, and think that a ROADMAP doesn't have enough detail if it's your body.
before i started to work out, i had 3% bf; i burn fat like nobody else. i know at least that i don't have so much fat, that my arms look so undefined. they can't be fat!
before i started dc training i was at ~145lbs, now i'm at ~165lbs. don't tell me a 165lbs guy is supposed to be fat.
Stop treating "fat" as if it's a one-size-fits-all condition. It's a matter of degree, and it's also somewhat relative. What's fat to you might not be fat to someone else.
I'll say this one more time: the only thing that is going to blur definition long-term is FAT. You might occassionally hold water, but NOT all the time; it cannot be the sole reason you feel you don't have enough definition.
As you CANNOT "train" for definition with weights, your solution is to look toward cardio and diet to, yep, burn bodyfat. This is true even IF you are already very, very lean, and this whole "I have no separation or definition" is mostly in your mind.
Okay?
