Good to be back bros! Well I took 8 months off from lifting cold turkey and believe me it shows LOL. I've been back in the gym now for four weeks and im really starting to feel good again. In my time off I pretty much ate and drank anything I wanted and to no surprise it found its way into my fat stores. I have really buckled down on my diet this last month and I'm tracking my caloric intake at a deficit to equal losing 1.5lbs/wk.
Here are my previous stats from 8 months ago and my current stats.
Then:
5'7"
205lbs
10%BF

Now:
5'7"
211lbs
18%BF

I definitely need lots of work before a cycle is considered so that's not an option right now. My goal is to cut 16lbs and drop body fat to 9%. It may seem drastic but I think it's possible with hard work and considering my physique 8 months ago. I have access to pharm albuterol tablets. What recommendation would you guys make considering my situation?
