Malignaggi is faster, taller, has a longer reach, and has a solid chin. The only thing going against him is Buddy McGirt is his trainer. McGirt is a good trainer but over the past few years all of his fighter lose critical matches, thus the McGirt curse could be in effect.

Diaz is the heavy favorite. His is also the better technical fighter.
