604guy's Body Transformation Cycle

Dear all members, 604guy will be running a cycle in a couple weeks.

Stats:
26
Currently => 156lbs 11% bf
1 bulk cycle experience (137lbs 6% bf => 177lbs 16% bf)
1 cut/maintain cycle experience (158lbs 19% bf => 147lbs 8% bf)

Goal during cycle:
Bulk up to 190-205lbs @ heaviest on cycle

Goal after cycle:
Stay at 180-185lbs @ > 17% bf

Will eat 3500 - 4800 calories during cycle every day.
Aim for 250-350g protein, 450-600g carbs, 70-120g fats


It will look like the following for next cycle:

1-4 Test Prop 80mg ed (0.8cc) (560mg/wk)
1-5 Dbol 30mg ed (210mg/wk)
9-14 Dbol 40mg ed (280mg/wk)
1-15 Deca 90mg eod (0.9cc) S/T/T/S (360mg/week
1-16 EQ 150mg eod (0.6cc) S/T/TS (600mg/week)
1-18 Test E 175mg eod (0.7cc) S/T/T/S (700mg/wk)

Test prop 100mg/ml
Test E 250mg/ml
Deca 300mg/ml
EQ 250mg/ml
Dbol 10mg/tab


I will have the following:
Arimidex, Aromasin, liquid letro, cialis, nolva, clomid, liv52, milk thistle, HCG,

Gauge sizes - 18g 1inch, 23g 1 1/2 inch, 25 1 1/2 inch

If this is your first bulk cycle or 2nd cycle, its way to much gear. MORE is not BETTER. Why not run a Test / Dbol cycle and see how you react. This is a complex cycle that takes years of experience to be able to acknowledge and distinguish between side effects of each different compound. This is a cycle that will have some serious side effects and if your not prepared you are going to hinder your future gains. What type of gains did you make on your first cycle and were you able to keep your gains? It appears you are going on a classic YO YO cycling routine that you gain 15 pounds during your cycle and you lose 10 when you come off due to water retention and not being able to keep up the calories or intensity of your workouts. Why not do a steady as you go approach and cut back your doses and gain slow steady muscle that you can KEEP after your cycle? Your primary concern at this point is a clean diet and FOOD. The cycle just compliments this. Remember this: Food is 50% , Training is 40% and roids are 10%... Best of luck anyway you go.

way too much gear ... follow this guys advises they been in the game long enough , you also need to do more research there's no need to pin Deca , eq and test e 4 times per wk....
make it simple , you could make to cycles out of the gear you have ...good luck and make the best decision for your self ..

yes wayyyy too much gear.

and y would your goal EVER be to have 17% bf after cycle?

that is zero visible abs. even in the off season you should be leaner than that. If your diet and training are right you shouldnt have much of a problem staying under 17%.

why dont you try to up your weight while staying at the bf your at now? 11% is fine. Why would you gain 6% bf during a bulk? doesnt make sense to me unless your eating terrible
