60 Days on T-Rex

Well, I finished my first bottle of T-Rex.

The results....drum roll !

Lost 16 lbs, almost back to a 32" waist and I'm guessing that I dropped my body fat about 3%.

After some trial and error, I managed to use as follows: 1 tab 30 mins prior to breakfast, 1 tab immediately after. 2 tabs with lunch, or anytime before 3:00. Grand total of 4 tabs per day. I missed a few tabs here and there but tried to keep it as stated.

I did not follow any specific diet but I usually eat pretty clean. The nicest part abut this is that I DID NOT train at all during this time period, I'm still in my lazy phase.

The only bad experience that I had was during the first few days, if I took it too late it kept me up half the night. I never had any stomache problems, headaches or the like. I increased my water intake drastically to avoid any of the issues that others reported.

I did not experience any 'lack of energy' problems after I stopped either, granted as soon as I stopped, I took the family to Disney for a week and never had the time to feel tired.

So, I have to give this product my whole hearted approval. I would guess that if I would get my ass back into the gym that the results would have been even greater.

In my experiences the sweating wasn't that bad as to have to worry about sweat marks, especially in the office where there's air conditioning. But you may differ. Also as others have mentioned, the sweating comes in waves sometimes. Make sure to drink at least 1 1/2 gallons of water a day. I noticed the more water I drank the leaner I looked on thermo. You're in for a real treat with Thermorexin...

hydoxycut is basically green tea and caffiene with a bunch of other worthless ingredients- green tean and caffiene are quite cheap (as are the components of thier 'trademarked"compounds- a lame way of trying to give value to chromium and garcinia gamboga)

cost of the raws is less than 1/4 for hydroxycut(even for 210 caps) as compared to thermorexin (which uses more expensive and infinitely more effective ingredients)

yes it can be used while bulking to minimize fat gain, and even perhaps see some decent fat losses (obviously dependent on caloric excess and level of activity)

I wouldn't say T-rex is the easy way out. Sure it works awesome, the best I have ever used. But, I still have trouble taking 3 a day after 3 months or so on T-Rex cause I get so jacked. It makes me pretty jumpy. there is still sacrifice. But I love T-rex. Its the best I have used and isn't near as bad as ephedra.

i only use T-rex before i run in the morning on an empty stomach. 2 caps! i run 16-20 miles a week usually 4 miles a clip. t-rex give me good energy and i break a sweat a lot faster then if i don't take it. for some reason i always have to take a dump after taking t-rex. don't know what is in it. but overall i think its a great way to give you a boost and burn extra calories

I believe the poop-effect is due to a few reasons (synephrine, caffeine, and black tea being the main culprits I know of):
- agonizing of the adrenoreceptors in your intestines will speed up the passing of crap.
- enlargement of the prostate makes your ass feel fuller.
- relaxation of sphincter muscle means ass pressure increases.

These are the effects I can think of offhand, at least. There may be others...

I personally like the effect. Taking T-rex or an EC stack after a day of high calorie eating makes me feel like I crap out a good 15 lbs.
