We know that lipid values can change for the worse when higher doses of AAS are taken. Unfavorable changes in lipid values over time can be correlated to an increase in heart disease.
Some people do not experience much of a negative effect when given AAS while others might be effected a great deal. Depends on the person and the substance taken.
The only way to know how much of an effect it has on you is to have routine testing. This becomes more important the longer the cycle last.

Nice post bro. Thanks. I do understand the negatives that come along with longer term use but as you yout self stated.......everyuone is different. I eat CLEAN as hell, my familial history does NOT favor heart problems of any kind, I stay relatively lean year round (225/11%) and I feel thius helps b/c I do not stress my body with horribly high water/fat weight gain from bulkers, and lastly I supplemenet with plenty of heart healthy supps as well.
whacked, the hematocrit and redblood cell mass are also problems with long duration cycles(or high dose cycles of any duration). You can get to much red blood cell mass and your blood flow viscosity will increase to an unhealthy level. Couple that with the lipids and its not pretty. If you are really suseptible, this condition can cause critical problems.
But if you do a 6 monyh cycle the idea would be to keep the doseages lower than if you did a standard timed cycle so you would not encounter these problems very readily. Regardless you should keep tabs on your blood chemistry to see.
what I've been doing, instead of staying on for a full 6 months, is running a heavy cycle for 3 months, bridging with var for 6 weeks, then back on for another 3. Its worked pretty well for size, and the time on var gives my body somewhat of a break

I have been doing this approach for close to a year. I'm not on hrt as i dont run test during the bridges. I use hcg at 500iu 2x weekly all the way through
