How many sets per muscle you do?
That is what I do...

chest=16
back=16

biceps =12
triceps=12
shoulders=12
hams=6
quads=6
calves=4

So 16 for chest and back would be too much?
Ia 12 for bis and tris too much?

IMO yes. I'm a big believer in high weight and intensity, fewer sets and reps. Smaller muscle groups, especially bis because of all the work they get on back day, don't need that much work. Again, you have to keep the weights high and the last couple reps should be total agony. But that's better, IMO, than doing many sets and reps.

Hi Gym

When you mentioned compund movements were you reffering to deadlifts and squats?

Are any other coumpund movement?

Do you call them compund because there are involved many muscle by doing one routine?
